Barn/Stall Rentals
Stallion Stables
Stallion Lake Ranch is a horse-friendly community with a members-only facility for paddock boarding, exercising, training and riding.
Stallion Stables consists of a community barn with short-term use stalls suitable for inclement weather protection and layups.
The barn has facilities for vetting, grooming, bathing, and tacking up: one interior and one exterior wash rack; a cross-tie area; and a tack room. In addition to the barn itself, the property includes five horse paddocks with 12x12 lean-to shelters, running water, and pipe-and-cable fencing. A hot walker, round pen, and full-size lighted arena are also onsite. Use of the facilities is open and free to all members.
Self-care boarding is available in the paddocks for a fee. Paddock boarding includes one dry barn stall for each horse, for use in inclement weather and/or for layups, etc., as well as storage space for hay, feed, and equipment. Regular stall and paddock cleaning and maintenance are required of the boarder, who must supply their own shavings and equipment. Boarders are expected to maintain the areas they use, and accept responsibility to repair and/or replace any damage caused by themselves or their horses.
Boarders are allowed to keep their horse trailer onsite for health and safety reasons, and for easy access for loading and trailering out to offsite activities.
Fees for boarding are as follows:
Paddock boarding is $50/month/ horse for family horses.
Youth-owned horses are $35/month/horse.
