MOWING and Landscaping

The Board of Directors has established the months of May, July, September and November as dates the Lot Owners must mow their lot.  

 

If a lot is not mowed within the two weeks prior to the first day of one of these months, the Association may, at owner’s expense,  have the lot mowed.  

 

This is in accordance with our current DCCRs, Section 3.16.  

 

These mow dates are established for undeveloped lots.  Developed (with houses) are required to have their lawns mowed regularly.
